1oz st. agrestis
1oz campari
1oz sweet vermouth
1oz gin
garnish: orange peel
Combine ingredients with ice, stir.  Serve over ice in rocks glass. 

all saints float
1oz neversink apple brandy
1.5oz st. agrestis
.5oz lemon juice
.5oz ginger syrup, dash of angostura bitters
Combine all ingredients with ice and stir.  Serve over rocks.

punch of smoke
1oz espadin mezcal
1oz st. agrestis
1oz grapefruit juice
1oz lemon juice
1oz ginger beer
garnish: lemon slice
Combine first 4 ingredients with ice and shake.
Pour over ice into collins glass.  Top with ginger beer.

st. martin manhattan
2oz rye
1oz st. agrestis
dash black walnut bitters
garnish: cherry
Combine ingredients with ice.  Stir.  Serve in coupe.

2oz gin
1oz st. agrestis
1oz lime juice
mint leaves
Combine amaro, lime juice and mint leaves and muddle.  
Add gin and ice and stir.  Serve in collins glass.

the elder sour
1oz st. agrestis
1.5oz bourbon
1oz st. germain elderflower liqueur
1oz lemon juice
.5oz pomegranate syrup
garnish: lemon peel, pomegrante
Combine all ingredients with ice.  Shake.  Strain.  Serve over ice in rocks glass. 

sherry, meet negroni
1.25oz lustau fino sherry
1.25oz st. agrestis
1.25oz carpano antico vermouth
dash of bitters, orange peel

paper plane
1oz st. agrestis
1oz bourbon
1oz aperol
1oz lemon juice
garnish: lemon peel
Combine all ingredients with ice.  Shake.  Strain.  Serve up in a coupe.
